[native-lang] Adding macedonian dictionary

I found out that Macedonian dictionary was ready way down to OO.1.0.2. 
So this dictionary can be added to the next release. It can be found 
here http://mk.openoffice.org/files/documents/215/3053/mk_MK.zip
If I had to open a issue for this, tell me under which category and to 
whom to be assigned.
