file has been updated

project ? do you need an issue ? if yes, Vladimir please open it
against lingucomponent project
I already open the issue no. 5843 assigned to er, component l10n. That's
because I send this email 2 day ago, and even today I receive it trough
mailing list. So I thought this message was somehow rejected. If I had
to reassign the issue please tell me.
