Please, forgive me, I mixed three different persons in a name... :-[
Anyway, does somebody have news from Evan?

We have rather precise guidelines for shutting a project. But John
McCreesh came up with interesting ideas. I'll investigate and find out
if I can bring people to the project. By the way, I am not for closing
projects lightly. In fact I believe it is a pity, and no NLC projects
was closed before. It happened several times that a new leader was found
and nominated and things went much better then. This is why I was asking
such question publicly.
Thanks,
Charles.
