http://ftp.linux.cz/pub/localization/OpenOffice.org/devel/POT/ in tarball for every milestone are PO-templates as 228 separate files (help files are in module helpcontent2). There is also an en_US.sdf tab delimited file in tarball, the lines beginnining with helpcontent2... are help ones (you cannot use tab-delimited file in oo calc, it exceeds row limit).
