Unless you want to lose your entire translation team, change the plans to OOo 2.0.4 (Vietnamese), then follow up in January or so with OOo 2.1 (Vietnamese).(Maybe OOo 2.0.3 would be better.)

Instead of using Google Groups, I'd recommend that you use OOo's tools:

The Vietnamese Translation Team operates on the same principles as translate.org.za. Provide a complete computing environment in the language. To simplify the process, and share the blame, all translation work is done at pootle, and coordinated on one list (or by private email).

I can appreciate you wanting her to use OOo tools, but doing so could easily cause the Viet Team to disintegrate. [Just keeping a Viet team together is a challenge.]

We're very status-conscious. ;)

For those that don't work with Viet, that probably is an understatement. If _anything_ goes wrong at the event, you can forget about OOo in Vietnamese for a couple of years --- perhaps as long as a decade.
