Most is OK for me.
Only it might not alway be wise / possible to wait for 'resolution
of event'. Most of time it probably will, but sometimes not.
I think we have to play it by "ear": accept guidelines and recognize
that we really need to anticipate press reports. This means
evaluating events on a case by case basis, but keeping in mind our
public nature.
