The idea is to have a dedicated meeting to NLC/L10n/QA activities. The concept of Mozilla 24 is to make some workshop or panel discussions in different places each following the time zone around the world, and this during 24 hours to cover the globe. Some example of topics could be (it's only suggestions and ideas on top of my head) - how to write and update TCM test case to follow the new features release - how to work on localization, glossaries, etc (and it may be useful to invite also others communities like Gnome, KDE or Mozilla, etc) - some region of the globe are not present, why ? - ... All what we find relevant to provide some help, some new ideas and some visibility to our NLC and it's activities. May be focusing more on l10n and QA, but it could be other topics if you think it's needed.
