RegiCons are great, but they don't solve the problem of access for those of us who can't travel at all.

Access via the Net empowers people who are isolated physically, geographically, socially or financially.

Even a RegiCon five minutes down the road wouldn't help me: I'm bedridden. Other people won't be able to attend RegiCons because, for example, they are still too far from the venue, they have family/work demands, or simply can't afford to go anywhere.

So please consider more distributed conferences. :)
