Hello,

this was discussed by some of us outside the NLC meeting but I really think this is a great idea: Each and every native-language project should post a report on this list or on the wiki once a year at a predetermined date. The report should be comprehensive and should detail:
- number of users, number of members and active members
- downloads
- issues with localization and/or outstanding, "popular" issues
- resources description or more stringently, a description of your lack of resources - goals and objectives of the native-language project and how well they've been reached
- finances (if any)
- marketing activities
- users support
- most important achievement / failure.

Your comments are welcome,

Charles-H. Schulz.
