May be they would like to give inputs on - why they are grouped this way? - what do they want to achieve? - why does it stay at the concept stage? - what would be needed for them to go further? - who is the coordinator, do they need one? For all the NLC projects, I would like also that they think about Regional Groups and where it could improve their communication but also their work.
