This proposal is about creating NLC project for Haitian Creole. It
addresses 4 issues:
The target language, The project goal, Our team and our current achievement
for open office.

The target language
>From combined source Haitian Creole is speaking by about 8.5 millions people
in Haiti and at least a other 1.5 millions on country as USA, Canada,
Dominican Republic by Haitian community on this country. Wikipedia
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Haitian_Creole>have a number of 7.7 millions
speaker for Haitian Creole. Computers software are poorly (or not) translate
or writing in Haitian Creole. Th alphabet of Haitian Creole is based on the
Latin alphabet. The translation of open office in Haitian Creole can offer
opportunity to more people to use a Office suite on their own language.

Our goal is to translate and create support for Open Office in Haitian
Creole. We will start with a Level I and move later to level 2. We already a
team of contributors for this project.

Our Team
Our team have people from and in Haiti. All the members are fluent speakers
of Haitian Creole and English. Also we could have advice from Haitian
linguist.

Our achievement in Haitian Creole relating to Open Office
