Hi Goran, Same problem here in Denmark. This is what i did: I contacted the tele charger and pointed out to them, that this was illegal. They stopped the payments and the adverts disappeared for a while. Now the are back with another (alien) phone number.
I asked the police to look at it but nothing illegal is happening in Denmark (the phone number is an alien number) so the Danish police can't do anything. I never got any help from Oracle legal department. First of all we need to investigate how illegal it is. If they violate the license or our trademark, we could ask Community Council to take action. We absolutely must coordinate actions.
