I know the procedure, but I'm unable to get Alan to follow it. I've sent a few reminders in the following month, but now response.
The only approval I got from him was his response to #114033 for my SSH key. At the issue report I mentioned taking over the Hebrew native lang project. > "... as part of the process of taking over the Hebrew (he) NLC project."
