I don't understand them, what do they mean? I run Ant on the command line when building NetBeans, i.e., I simply run 'ant' in the root directory of NetBeans. It's completely irrelevant what you set Ant to be in the Options window -- that is only relevant to when you run Ant projects inside/from NetBeans itself.
