If I recall correctly, at least at one time, the Windows classic tab
control delegates were used by some other look and feel plug-ins (they were
pretty generic and themeable, so they make a good vanilla tab delegate).
I’d keep those around, even if not directly supported from the UI, so a
plug-in can set their class name in UIManager if desired.
