I want to exercise 11.3 with JavaFX. In b2 (built locally) update center
there is "Third Party Libraries" with what seems to be the correct link,
but the JavaFX stuff is not in Available Plugins.
Can something be done to enable this?

PS. And can the new apache NetBeans plugin portal be enabled?
