Hi Geertjan,
Installer won't run under JDK 14. Installer uses JDK Pack200 Tools and
API for packing and unpacking which is getting removed in JDk-14.

JEP 367: Remove the Pack200 Tools and API(https://openjdk.java.net/jeps/367)
I believe a notice should be added in download section of installer
stating version jdk-8 to Jdk-13 is supported.
