Well, I won't say it must. It is a nice to have, but AFAIK it still
require manual edit of the updates.xml.gz file, it can happen few days
after the release, so I won't hold the announcement for that.

Installer won't run under JDK 14. Installer uses JDK Pack200 Tools and API for
packing and unpacking which is getting removed in JDk-14.

I believe a notice should be added in download section of installer stating
version jdk-8 to Jdk-13 is supported.
