Funnily enough, you can't "contribute" it unless you wrote it. All this needs is a record of the author(s)' intent to contribute it to us. Given the minimal nature of most of these, I would have thought a comment by Benno on a PR opened by Chris / you here to indicate assent would be fine. We might want that against a branch, though, so that it can be checked off as is before we adapt and merge?
