Sorry maybe I miss read the original email...

Is this about manually user created tickets which aren’t filled out adequately 
or the “bug report” feature that can occur via some cases such as when the 
system is acting slow and results in a memory dump for further analysis? I was 
talking about the later.

Slight tangent but can the NETBEANS JIRA be changes to the new ticket template 
to have mandatory fields available which must be filled in (i.e. steps to 
reproduce, description, platform,etc.) before being created? My work JIRA has 
things setup this way which can sometimes be a nuisance but does at least force 
the user to provide a minimum set of needed field data.
