Even if we voted on the version scheme once, it does not mean that we
can't change that.
So yes, we can reopen that discussion.

In addition to other points - the versioning scheme was decided
*before* the release schedule. It still makes no sense to me, and
definitely isn't semantic. And I'm still in favour of moving to
single integer - so 13, 14, 15 ... Maybe this can be the catalyst for
that?
