I actually went that far, in order to find out more about the issues. Then I decided, this is currently nothing for me. Now I am trying to delete my JIRA account again. But all I can find on that topic are Atlassian community statements that account deletion is *impossible* with Atlassian. Could anyone point out what I would need to do, to delete an JIRA account? Silly as I am, I probably overlooked something obvious. Then again, if it *is* a lifetime decision and permanently and irreversibly registering an email to that account, then please do put a warning next to you suggestion next time!
