Just going to point out that refactoring(renaming methods, others) on
Netbeans is still broken... as it has been for years.

What exactly is the objective here? Who is driving the effort to port
parts of NetBeans to VSCode and what's the end game?
The wiki says "Install VSNetBeans into VS Code, use it, and maybe
you'll want to try the complete Apache NetBeans experience". Really?
All that work to make a VSCode plugin as opposed to working on and
promoting NetBeans itself?
