GitHub issues are better and people know it and use it more than JIRA. I
think that Spring prove that using GitHub issues instead of JIRA good way.
For example I have problem with Apache JIRA that you have search only in
the NetBeans project. But it is only my opinion. On the other hand this
would be the second migration of issues in "short" time.
