OK, seeing the overall desire to run NetBeans with "new enough and similar 
enough" JDK javac, I am going to focus on the automatic transformation of nb-
javac, but I am not going to propose changes to the way we deliver nb-javac to 
users. Let such change be some future project's decision.

Of course. Generating new nb-javac binary shall be matter of changing few 
lines of code and pressing the build button.
