>From my perspective, two things. * Do we ship with nb-javac bundled with NetBeans 13 binaries, rather than requiring separate download? * If we do that, how do we ensure that users can still switch over to JDK javac in certain cases? In what cases is it necessary? Does the UI need revising / improving for that? Part 1 might benefit from a vote, but I'm not sure anyone has spoken up against doing it. Part 2 seems to still have a range of thoughts, so not sure what could be voted on yet? Probably better to find resolution for both together, but we could merge 1 and figure out 2 over the next few months? I -1'd the PR to do part 1 a few days before freeze for 12.6 because I don't think resolving part 2 in the delivery branch is a good idea! I'm for it in general, although I still have some concerns about how nb-javac is going to be managed away from ASF that ensures it no longer causes release delays.
