Thanks Laszlo and Michael for the info and clarifications.
It might be even simpler to pick the 130 release as your baseline,
since that is the first release under the new versioning scheme which
might be less confusing for users.
The module will works with a suite that currently runs on 12.
I'd really, really like to just go with NB-13 and jdk-17 as a baseline,
but...
