Apparently the only reason it is "fixed" is because nb-javac is
installed but now I'm getting random classfile version mismatch
errors(62.* vs 63.*). How do I disable Netbean's background compiling?

One thing that fixes an issue on JDK 19 has just gone in. But
NetBeans isn't expected to fully support JDK 19 until version 16.
The issue is fixed it looks like. Thanks to whoever fixed it.
