Hi,

I'm not sure the readme is needed on the https://nightlies.apache.org/ there is 
a lot of warning. Would be nicer to have it "automaticaly" and for all 
nightlies subfolder. 


Maybe the list to consider as part of candidate

 Platform (maybe we could remove)
 ide
 Installers (only the windows one as linux out if I'm right)
 Zipped maven repo (no need unziped folder)
 Zipped installer preparation for macos
 Vsix
 
We may also have later the  dev version could be also done (later)
 Installer 
 Vsix
 Platform
 Ide
 Layers.txt

great job Neil! I like the RC discussion thread - reduces the barrier to 
discover an in-progress release and test it.
