I just made roughly the same comment on the PR. :-) As well as ordering, the other thing to consider is what "full" means - it's mentioned in the readme for example. That cluster properties file definitely could do with some heavy editing - lots of things that are no longer relevant, and make the things that are relevant harder to manage.
