There's no guarantee that there isn't going to be a Gradle 8.3-rc-4 of course.. but I believe they have a policy of letting any RC soak for about a week, but maybe shorter depending on what changed since the previous RC. There were only a couple days between the last RC for 8.2 and the final release. RC-3 was announced on Wednesday, August 2nd.
