Yes, I believe the same too. contrib/ is also an Attic of sorts where modules that some people might still need but are deprecated have been moved for their convenience (eg. editor.deprecated.pre61completion). I wasn't aware nbpython is under contrib/. This is pretty great! It means NBPython will become an Apache project too. Maybe the first Apache NetBeans sub-project? --emi On Tue, Oct 11, 2016 at 11:25 AM, Geertjan Wielenga < [email protected]> wrote: > I believe contributors to 'contrib' need to sign an Oracle contributor > agreement. > > Gj > > On Tue, Oct 11, 2016 at 10:21 AM, Bertrand Delacretaz < > [email protected]> wrote: > > > On Tue, Oct 11, 2016 at 10:06 AM, Geertjan Wielenga > > <[email protected]> wrote: > > > ...Will add 'contrib' as part of Further Resources that we > > > should not forget.... > > > > Do these modules belong to Oracle as well? > > > > If not you might need separate software grants for them as per > > http://incubator.apache.org/ip-clearance/ > > > > -Bertrand > > >
