The new Apache feather is vertical and is loosely similar to exlamation
mark. I think a good location for it in any of the new logo candidates
is on the right of "NetBeans". Moreover, the new website of NetBeans
will be netbeans.apache.org (right?) so putting it on the right of
"NetBeans" will make it kinda similar to the web address :-)
Now taking the opposite position, perhaps putting additional visual
element will add too many of them and I would prefer simpler logo :-)
