The link is to sign up to Synergy - the system where we keep our test
specifications and where we track progress during a test run. Synergy users
are either assigned tests to run by their tribe leaders, or they volunteer.
It is a great tool to coordinate testing across such a large group of
geographically distributed testers.
I think Synergy should be moved onto Apache infrastructure. But I don't
know what that would involve (I am a user, not the developer), so I will
refrain from suggesting when it should happen.

Hermien is right. The sign up form is important for creating account in
Synergy which is an essential part of NetCAT program and without it our
testing would be chaotic. I agree we need to migrate Synergy to Apache
in the future but right now we don't have both time and people to do it.
