JT: I'm sure everyone is hoping for it... I requested it on the users@ list and was told by Geertjan that it belonged on the dev@ list, so I joined both and posted it here as well. I am an Author for Springer Nature writing the Pro Java 9 Games Development book and was working with (since April) Oracle NetBeans 9 Alpha and it got transferred to Apache so I am getting back up to speed on the new work process trying to get NB9 running on J9. Too bad Oracle didn't put NetBeans 9 on PPA when they had it, as they have PPA set up for Java, so they have someone with a relationship with Ubuntu who knows how to get it done! Unfortunately I do not, as I am mostly an open source i3D game developer in Lumberyard, Android, JavaFX, and WebGL2 (Three.JS). Walls. Wallace Jackson, MindTaffy
