Should We Have A Users Email Address Now? (To start moving folks from the other lists who won't do dev, but may just ask questions)

The subject pretty much says it all. What do you think? I prefer being able to 
sort my email without having to rely on special subject additions by email 
users myself, and if we want to get folks to start moving here, I doubt many of 
those on nbusers will necessarily want to be on the dev list either.
