Yes, and so would this - the two options are for committers to have direct
edit and other people with GitHub accounts to PR, or for everyone with a
GitHub account able to edit.  Personally, I'd prefer the latter.

Using a GitHub PR /might/ be good enough for the technical articles.

Taking a definition of Wiki from Wikipedia (aaargh! ;-) ) "A wiki is a
website on which users collaboratively modify content and structure
directly from the web browser".  The other option is we migrate the
existing content to the static site and stop calling it a wiki - I just
think there are pros to having a wiki in terms of a low barrier to getting
involved with the project.

Anyway, I'll step back for a bit and let others chime in - you know where
my vote is! :-)
