Hi, Maybe it has already been discussed here, but there is also some confusion/mixup with the hashes and signatures of the binaries on the download page: https://netbeans.apache.org/download/nb90/nb90-beta.html
The binary matches the 9.0-beta-rc3 as far as I can see but the linked signature file and hashes on that page is not for 9.0-beta-rc3.
