Maybe we could start crafting some table of contents already and split the
work. Maybe some private space on github.io or I don't know if apache has
something that allows co-authoring.

We should devote a chapter on RCP. And before someone (like me :)) argues
"there is nothing new there", yes, there is, HTML/JavaUI!
