Hi,
the current nb-javac sources can be found in the
http://hg.netbeans.org/main/nb-java-x repository. To build nb-javac, use
the NetBeans J2SE project located in make/langtools/netbeans/nb-javac
subdirectory.
As for the particular the revision currently used in NetBeans 9.0, it is
better to ask Reema Taneja <[email protected]> (my guess would be
revision d1788e48de9c).
