In this context, I mentioned the 'managing for happiness' concept today in the virtual meetup -- especially the idea of everyone having 100 points to distribute to those who've been very helpful/productive in a particular month (and the one with most points end of the month being the 'Apache NetBeans Developer of the Month'):
