Do you understand that Apache NetBeans can provide features for JDK 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12, all at the same time? Do you also understand that whether or not NetBeans provides features for working with a particular JDK is a completely different question to which JDK is needed to build the sources of Apache NetBeans?
