Hi, Christian. I have NetBeans 9.0 running very well on a Windows 10 HiDPI screen at either 150% or 200% scaling. It's essential to use the latest Java--I use 10.0.2. You also need to right click the "bin\netbeans64.exe" file, or whichever shortcut you're using to open NetBeans, go to the "Compatibility" tab, click "Change high DPI settings", "Override high DPI scaling behavior", and select scaling performed by "Application". (This should probably be built into the launcher at some point.)
