Given the guidance received from legal in LEGAL-230 related to NIFI-1419,
it looks like we are good to go. I verified the NOTICE files from both the
nifi-standard-nar and assembly both have Snappy Java listed with the specified
portions to be carried forward. Will get merged into the repo.
