NLPCraft-ers,
We are ready for the NLPCraft 0.9.0 release that contains several important
big fixes and improvements for the recently released 0.8.0 version. One of
the biggest "internal" changes is a migration to Scala 2.13 in anticipation
of full migration to Scala 3 later this year.
This is a call for a vote to release Apache NLPCraft (incubating) version
0.9.0.
