That's why I said "whenever we're ready" :-)

Also, a release is ready at Apache when an RM decides it's time to cut a
release candidate, and it gets 3 +1 VOTEs that are binding from PMC members.
So, if I want to release 1.3.1 next week and I can convince 3 of the Nutch PMC
members to VOTE +1 then we're good to go.

I don't plan on doing that though so we're OK :-)

Chris
