I've submitted a PR here: https://github.com/apache/nutch/pull/49 including an
adjustment to the teardown of TestFetcher.
Port 50000 is the port used by the two tests in that class. The teardown was
not waiting for jetty to stop, and its conceivable that the next test started
before the shutdown was completed, causing the port unavailable exception.
