What I say, we should mention it in the release notes. Because, 1) REST API has a bug because of inconsistencies in ARG_SEGMENTS 2) HOST db in Generate REST API doesn't work 3) MaxCount in Generate(Hostdb) doesnt work when maxCount == 0 Semyon. I know and I'm sorry about it: 60 issues were moved for a later fix (ideally 1.15). I checked every issue and the decision whether to fix it now wasn't always easy and probably sometimes incorrect. However, I think it was important to reach this milestone. And it wouldn't happen if all open issues had been addressed.
