I am not satisfied with this solution because it does not ensure that future
contributions comply with the changes proposed here. So, I was searching and I
found [this|https://github.com/mycila/license-maven-plugin] and in my opinion
something similar is what we need to guarantee that future contributions comply
with what is proposed here. The problem is that it is for Maven and it has not
been updated for several years. Do you know any similar solution that we can
use in Nutch?
