Thanks, [~roannel]! In general, yes it would be definitely a good idea to
include such a tool into the build process. But it should be in a new issue,
just to get this issue resolved. For now I wouldn't be so worried: once all
license headers look the same, any new contribution will probably copy the
header from some existing source file.
